"His office has declined in customer service, so much that it’s impossible at times to ask Qs to the girls in that office. I have asked multiple Qs n they answer me w/ a Q n can’t get my answers. I have never met them in person (the old crew when he was on Harbor was different) and just the tone and attitude they project when I ask Qs it’s not what I expect. One time they got annoyed w/ me, because they somehow removed my multi-car discount n I asked n one of the ladies came up w/“what discount, what do you mean, explain more, you haven’t renewed.” Hence, I stated at the beginning my “multi-car discount”. I ask everytime my insurance goes up, “why” and they just come up w/ a “ the insurance industry rates have gone up,” I understand that, but it doesn’t go up almost 80 bucks a/o any tickets or accidents n then upon me reviewing because they couldn’t research (laziness) I saw it was my multi car discount was removed for months 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. I had to do the research 🧐 n when I told them they brushed me off n it took forever to get that credited back to my account. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I like having one place n not switching, but if Ibhave Qs i don’t feel confident to call anymore. I’ve had insurance n known this agent jimmy since I was 23yrs old n i’m 36 (on/off as I’ve had times w/o a car, but bro n aunts as I referred them since that long)."

"I spoke with Karen about getting Insurance quotes for my motorcycle and my car on 01/25/2023 and she provided me a Monthly Payment over the phone (never emailed or sent me the official quote with details) that was for $125 per month for my bike. I called her back yesterday and she said my quote is now $480 per month (still didn't provide me the official quote with details) and that's because I've been only driving for 8 years and "in State Farm, anything under 9 years of driving history STILL considers as a New Driver with New Driver Rates"! and she is offering me to submit my policy that she never showed me with 9 years of driving history and crossing my fingers that it will get accepted for "better rates" which I still don't know what that rate is really going to be but it doesn't matter either way because I'm totally against providing false information. I hope this is helpful for anyone who's considering to work with state farm or at least with Karen."
